Dr. Ronald Federici is pleased to announce the formation of the Russian and Ukrainian Private Adoption Project.
Dr. Federici has seven adopted children of his own, and is very familiar with the procedure. Dr. Federici will oversee each adoption personally.
I am overjoyed that Dr. Federici is finally helping facilitate the private independent adoptions for those of us who have alread taken a special needs child. I don’t know if I can handle another child like by beloved 1st one who has FAS. I’m glad he’s in my hands and close to my heart and that I am the one who he gets to kiss goodnight. He will never be neglected or abused or misinformed about love. But for #2 I am hoping for a child that I can lead a pretty normal life with once transitioned. I only know one guy who can look, analyze and know when he sees FAS. So I am following the Russian Ukrainian Private Adopiton Project for my likely last chance to adopt and find a healthy child.
I trust Dr. Federici to steer me straight into the system and get me out with a child that will fit into our family. He knows us. He treated my son and I. I prayed tonight on my knees that I be shown where to go! Fist Russia and suspension, then Kaz and suspension. Now back to Russia? My heart was in Russia and has been for along time…so I always lean that direction. Hope the peace talks iron out the problems so we can move on. Thank you Dr. Federici for doing what you love and where you are needed and thank you to your partner and friend, Patrick, whom I’ve come to regard as my buddy in this project. But seiously, there are babies/children suffering as I write this. I’d like to get into action and make a firm decision and stick with it. If its going Independent then Russia, Kaz or Uzbek it will have to be. But how am I gonna tell the Uzbek and Kkaz officials that I want a white baby without offending them?
