Now that the ash from the volcano in Iceland has subsided, the US delegation will travel to Moscow and meet with officials there starting on either April 29th or 30th, 2010.
There have been conflicting reports from Russia. It seems some adoptions have proceeded, others have been postponed.
In the interim, note that countries such as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan are viable altnernatives.
